 SA Manufacturing are looking to recruit a fine limit sheet metal worker to join and strengthen our team.

As a fine limit sheet metal worker, you will be responsible for:

* Producing sheet metal items using mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
* Reading from technical drawings
* Using the sheet metal machines
* Working to deadlines
* Working to a high specification

Preferred Skills:

* Proven experience in fine limit sheet metal work
* Proven experience in reading technical drawings
* Proven experience in working to high specification

Inspector

SA Manufacturing Ltd are looking for an Inspector, this is a permanent role located in Fishponds Bristol.

Inspector daily duties:

• Inspection Sheetmetal, Fabrication and Machined parts using appropriate inspection equipment and techniques.
• Working to inspection specifications and drawings, confirming with quality acceptance standards.
• Completing inspection documentation as necessary including logging first offs and final inspection reports.
• Escalate issues that affect daily output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work unsupervised
• You must have good communication skills
• As an Inspector you must be willing to take ownership and drive improvement
• Proactive with regards to health and safety
• Computer literate – basic Excel knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work to clearly defined work instruction.
• Flexible and willing to exceed expectation with proactive approach to working.
• Continuously looks for improved ways of working remaining resilient to overcome any obstacles.
• Ability to read a component drawing
• Problem solving skills, the ability to get to the root cause of a problem and resolve ambiguity with other team members.
• You must be able to work under pressure in a fast-manufacturing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 or Time served apprenticeship
• CMM and Faro experience desirable but not essential, training will be given

Semi Skilled Operator

SA Manufacturing Ltd are looking for a Semi skilled operator, this is a permanent role located in Fishponds Bristol.

SA Manufacturing Ltd is a dynamic and customer focused locally based Engineering Company supplying Sheet Metal and Machining services throughout the south west

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking ‘Semi Skilled Operator’ to join our Business.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with experience of conducting a variety of Engineering activities including Bead lasting, Deburring and various other engineering operations .

To succeed in this role, you will be adaptable, with a ‘can-do, hands-on’ attitude. You will have a willingness to work as part of the team or individually, conducting activities to support a variety of facilities management activities as required.
